We provide Hungarian company formation (coordinating the mandatory lawyer countersignature and company-court filing), accounting, VAT registration and related advisory. The exact scope and price are agreed individually before work begins. State fees and lawyer's fees are charged separately, at cost.

3. Information on the site

The articles, calculators and tax information are general and informational, do not constitute personal tax or legal advice, and are updated periodically.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are quoted in Hungarian forint (HUF); any euro figures are indicative references only, as Hungary uses the forint. State and lawyer's fees are paid separately, at cost. Payment terms are set in the individual quote.

5. Liability

We apply professional care in delivering the services, within the applicable law and the agreement concluded.
